Men’s Issues
For so long, social norms have influenced the lack of support for men to reach out for therapy and in engage in conversations about emotions. We continually shuffle between our careers, family, relationships, and life stress, and sometimes can feel lonely, unfulfilled, or even lost. Our work in therapy can be an opportunity to focus on creating a space to make sense of emotions and unhelpful thought patterns that you may experience from life anxieties.
