Glasswing Psychotherapy is a space for clients seeking an empowering and positive transformation of self. The glasswing butterfly symbolizes transformation and transparency.

Therapy is cool.

I believe that human connection begins with exploring our vulnerabilities. My human experience has led me to process moments of disappointment and pain. I experienced challenges and I experienced successes. Everything from difficult breakups to investing in healthy relationships. I continue to learn and transform from all of this because life has its ebbs and flows which I use to find inner balance.

Life can be challenging yet insightful.  I look forward to helping you reach this in your life. Through my work, lived experience, and continued education, I hope to help you find an inner balance. During our time together, I can be like a companion through your journey as you process your experiences. You may find that the work is continuous, evolving, and challenging but you will become stronger and more confident because of it.

I identify as a middle-class, heterosexual, Latinx male. All my clients are supported in whatever journey they are on.

In my case, inner balance is nurtured by tapping into my inner child through ceramics, pretend play with my daughter, spending time with friends, being a foodie with my wife, landscaping, travel, video games with my son, photography, watching sports (Go Dodgers! I’m from Los Angeles), and laughter.

In shared humanness, I hope to help you find your inner balance, through humor, the use of research, curiosity, and metaphors to create an empowering and positive transformation, together.
