EMDR Therapy
Disturbing past and present life experiences can leave us in a constant state of fear or stuck in harmful patterns. EMDR therapy is a type of psychotherapy that promotes healing from trauma and adverse life events that we’ve endured. EMDR therapy helps remove the blocks that interrupt healing.
When appropriate, I use EMDR therapy from the lens of Attachment Theory, by focusing on the relationships that may have had a detrimental impact on your life. I support you in securing your relationship with yourself from insecure attachments from the past. In doing so, we address your different “parts of self” to enhance relating to yourself and others in a more meaningful way.
